On the first Thursday of every month, 6-8 pm, we invite anyone who fancies writing to join us for a 2 hour session at Theatre Factory.
No experience is necessary, all are welcome and it's FREE.
We write in all forms, not just drama, but also poetry and stories and each week there is a different focus.
At the moment the group members are writing for our Inclusion Festival of theatre and performance - IF! as well as developing their own work.
The group is friendly and supportive with a wide range of ages and experience. We have a positive vibe and a 'can do' ethos.
The sessions are led by Rachel Ashton who has 40+ years experience of developing new work for the stage and supporting writers.
