Our community work this year is all part of the development of our 2025/26 festival, IF!
IF! will tell stories of Barrow people in words, music, animation and drama and will involve people from right across our communities of all ages, races, genders and sexualities.

On the first Thursday of every month, 6-8 pm, we invite anyone who fancies writing to join us for a 2 hour session at Theatre Factory.
No experience is necessary, all are welcome and it's FREE.
We write in all forms, not just drama, but also poetry and stories and each week there is a different focus.
For the next few months our focus is Barrow, its stories and how it inspires and influences us as we develop work for the
IF! Inclusion Festival, beginning in 2025.

Starting on Wednesday 25th September, 6-8 pm Theatre Factory will be running a FREE weekly drama session for adults.
We are aiming to build a company of actors who can help us to deliver our IF! Inclusion Festival in 2025.
No previous experience is necessary, we welcome everyone.
The sessions will be based around having fun, games, character work, masks, physical theatre, improvisation (not scary, we promise!) and looking at scripts.
